832 IAC 2-1-1 Definitions

Sec. 1. The board does hereby adopt and make applicable to these rules and regulations the definitions set forth in IC 25-15-2.
"Major stockholders" shall mean those stockholders owning more than 10% of the voting stock of any corporation.
