Welcome to the Indiana Funeral Law Wiki . A wiki being an online collaborative encyclopedia. I plan this wiki to encompass all the law impacting on Indiana funeral law law. My inspiration for this comes from a father who has been an Indiana funeral director for over fifty years and who has taken his profession very seriously. To him I dedicate this effort.
One thing I hope this wiki to accomplish is to provide an easily available source of Indiana mortuary law for Indiana lawyers and members of the funeral industry. The topics covered will include licensing, consumer protection, public health issues, contract law, sales law, and those areas of law relating to the oeprating the business of a fuenral home or a cemetary.
